Use this checklist when a design partner asks what it takes to get value from FloKit.
Day 0-2: Map the growth loop
- Confirm target app, countries, channels, and subscription products
- Identify source of truth for revenue and cohort reporting
- List current acquisition channels and campaign naming conventions
- Choose the initial payback window
Day 3-7: Connect read-only data
- Import spend and campaign metadata
- Connect subscription and revenue events
- Map attribution and product activation events
- Validate CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV against existing reports
Day 8-14: Start action review
- Generate the first action queue
- Review recommendations with growth and finance stakeholders
- Approve only low-risk changes
- Document guardrails for the next cycle
