Use this checklist when a design partner asks what it takes to get value from FloKit.

Day 0-2: Map the growth loop

  • Confirm target app, countries, channels, and subscription products
  • Identify source of truth for revenue and cohort reporting
  • List current acquisition channels and campaign naming conventions
  • Choose the initial payback window

Day 3-7: Connect read-only data

  • Import spend and campaign metadata
  • Connect subscription and revenue events
  • Map attribution and product activation events
  • Validate CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV against existing reports

Day 8-14: Start action review

  • Generate the first action queue
  • Review recommendations with growth and finance stakeholders
  • Approve only low-risk changes
  • Document guardrails for the next cycle
