Use this recipe when the team is ready to let FloKit execute selected low-risk actions.

Goal

Enable automation without losing human control over budget, pricing, offers, or high-impact campaign changes.

Phases

1

Read-only observation

Connect data sources and let FloKit generate recommendations without write permissions.
2

Approval-based execution

Allow FloKit to prepare changes, but require human approval before any change goes live.
3

Narrow autonomy

Enable automatic execution only for low-risk action types, limited spend ranges, and known campaigns.
4

Outcome monitoring

Track every automated action against CAC, payback, ROAS, trial conversion, and renewal quality.
5

Expand or rollback

Expand permissions when outcomes are stable. Roll back automation when guardrails trigger or quality declines.

Minimum guardrails

  • Daily and weekly spend caps
  • Maximum budget movement per action
  • Excluded campaigns and countries
  • Approval required for pricing, paywall, and offer changes
  • Automatic rollback criteria
